A Process of Excellence
Service is typically completed the same day you provide documents. If necessary, we make at least three attempts at service, each at different times and days. Upon completion of service, you are immediately notified by phone and/or email. In addition to filing the Proof of Service with the court, we send a copy to you by mail or fax.Our Guarantee
If IntelliServe is unable to make complete service of your documents and another courier firm, given the same information and circumstances, is able to provide complete service within 30 days of our last attempt, we will refund the fee you paid. (Confirmed copy of Proof of Service required.)
